Description:
Dehua blanc de Chine porcelain figure of Guanyin, Goddess of Mercy. Hollow cream-white porcelain figure covered in a milk-white glaze, except the base rim which is left unglazed. The figurine is glazed on the inside.
Guanyin is seated with her right knee raised, wearing a long flowing robe and a pectoral. Her hair is worn in a coiled style with a hair ornament visible above her forehead.
